Expedite Group’s business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM EST, excluding major holidays.
Requests are handled by priority and deadlines are honored whenever possible but are not guaranteed.
Membership is an initial contract term of three months. Card will be billed monthly, charge will be from Expedite Group. After the initial three-month period, memberships are automatically renewed monthly at the current membership rate on the date in which the current membership term ends. You may cancel at any time. Sorry, no refunds.
Cancellations must be received by 5PM EST the day prior to next scheduled renewal payment. Cancellations may be made by phone, e-mail, or U.S. mail. Please include your name, address and phone number in any written cancellation requests.
MEMBER can submit requests online, by phone, or in person to an Expedite Group representative. Convenience Services will be paid for by MEMBER via credit or debit card.
MEMBER may submit an unlimited number of requests.
Expedite Group will refer MEMBER to third party vendors who may offer the products and services requested, and coordinate the delivery of such third party vendor products and services.
Expedite Group will provide thorough research and recommendations in response to requests. Expedite Group shall not insure or guarantee the performance of any third party vendors or their services and will not be held responsible for the performance of any contracts entered into by an employee and a third party vendor. MEMBER acknowledges that all products and services provided by third party vendors are the sole responsibility of the third party vendors.
Expedite Group is strictly impartial and does not accept any money from third party vendors. Any discounts offered by third party vendors are passed directly on to MEMBER.
The perspectives of our staff, while valuable, are no substitute for the advice of a qualified professional.
Expedite Group reserves the right to refuse any request that indicates previous or intended criminal acts or that discriminates on the grounds of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, or by any other means.
Due to liability reasons, Expedite Group is not able to provide the following. In both cases however, Expedite Group will provide Referral Services for suitable third party vendors.

At Expedite Group, we respect your privacy and take the responsibility of protecting the personal information that you share with us very seriously. Our policy is never to sell a member’s name, address or any other personally identifiable information to third parties. In the course of providing goods and services to our members, we may have to share specific information about our members (for example, disclosing your shipping address when ordering an item on your behalf or disclosing your phone number when making an appointment on your behalf), but will never do so without your consent.
Expedite Group collects information regarding number of requests by users, by category, and by location. This aggregated information may be provided to prospective vendors.
